But creation is a human activity only. The product is the reflex of it's creators qualities. People are the most important thing. It is necessary to search for excellence, creativity, knowledge, communication, good mood, courage, discipline, passion... The list is huge and such qualifications are not easy to find. I'm proud to say that Oncast is formed by people with such qualities. They are people passionate for software architecture, keen on efficient methods, who try to minimize waste at any cost, who are always trying to find a way to do things better.
