A young company, formed by experienced people. We have been building OnCast since 2006, a technology based cooperation with high innovation ability.Where are we?
Privileged by an amazing view, we are based at CELTA (Centro de Laboração de Tecnologias Avançadas), technology based cooperation incubator, reference in Latin America, based at Parque Tecnológico Alfa, in Florianópolis - SC.What do we do?
By the means of a strategy which combines agile methodology, advanced software engineering technology techniques and a policy driven by strong values and ideals, we offer software development services through Dynamic Outsourcing; we carry out training, mentoring, consultancy and Lectures, at the Knowledge Services. Being Innovative. This is our main purpose. Our role is to find solutions for problems that have not yet been solved. All activities developed at OnCast are strongly encouraged to be reviewed, questioned and analyzed, having as our goal to always achieve the best results. It is through innovation that we strive to please our customers, reaching excellence levels not yet been experienced by them.What technology do we use?
We deliver technology innovation using mainly the JEE platform (Java Enterprise Edition), however we usually adopt technologies that best apply to our costumers needs. OnCast already has its own development platform. Our software engineer’s expertise covers the knowledge from the development of real time solutions or cloud-computing, to internet-based applications. Oncast has been building up experience at the development of applications rich on its usage, innovative, with high performance and quality.What methodology?

Testimony of Rodrigo Carvalho Machado"When you create solutions and products, it is quite common for the product to appear more than it's creators." It's natural, the product is the project's goal. But creation is a human activity only. The product is the reflex of it's creators qualities. People are the most important thing. It is necessary to search for excellence, creativity, knowledge, communication, good mood, courage, discipline, passion... The list is huge and such qualifications are not easy to find. I'm proud to say that Oncast is formed by people with such qualities. They are people passionate for software architecture, keen on efficient methods, who try to minimize waste at any cost, who are always trying to find a way to do things better.
