OnCast Technologies has provided outsourcing off-shore to the European market. The client company is a recognized European IT consultancy company, with several prizes and success projects. The provided outsourcing project consisted in an advanced risk management and monitoring system. OnCast was responsible to develop its core features, in which had used the most recent software engineering techniques. Moreover, the project management counted on the essential employment of the OnCast agile project management techniques, since it was a high scale off-shore project - oversea and with members speaking 3 different languages.
