In the software development area this management must be even more effective, since the processes involved in software development cannot be automated and are extremely influenced by the management. By this way, in the search of a way to de-bureaucratize the processes, to gain agility and so deliver a better service, OnCast base its management in values that are disseminated throughout all the company areas.
OnCast, above all, searches for means to deliver value to its clients. Because of that, Agility, Discipline, Simplicity, Initiative, Continuous Improvement, Commitment and Objectivity are the core values adopted. This set of values guide the collaborators' actions to what matters: the clients' needs. These are the values that allow maintaining the focus.

This set of values aim to maintain a pleasant atmosphere in which everyone can achieve its objectives, a sustainable environment favorable to the rise of innovation.

Be Innovative. This is the main purpose. Our role is to find solutions to problems yet without solution and also improve solutions that, although existent, are not sufficient. Every activity developed at OnCast is strongly encouraged to be criticized, questioned and analyzed; always seeking a way to make it better.
